Copy Cat-Walk: Emma Stone

Read us here!: http://wp.me/p2X2CO-7H It's prettier ;)

One of my favorite new celebrities is definitely, Emma Stone; I mean, she’s amazing! To be completely honest, the first movie I saw her in was the same that awarded the respect of the critics: “The Help”. I loved her character so much! She (her characters, I mean) is always the weird kid, the outsider, and I like that! You know why? Because outsiders outstand; you know why? Because they think different and act different and therefore, make the world different and, from times to times, better.

So yes, today we’re looking at Emma Stone style’s for advice. The image below shows her in a Valentino dress from the Croisière 2013 collection (http://www.vogue.fr/mode/inspirations/diaporama/les-looks-du-mois-d-octobre-des-podiums-a-la-realite/10333/image/639288#!alexander-mcqueen-collection-croisiere-2013). I adore it because it really reflects her personality: so sparkly and innocent but sophisticated at the same time. Well, here we go!

Who is Emma Stone?

Emma Stone is Hollywood’s new pampered kid. My favorite movies she’s been acting at are: “Easy A”, “The Help” and “Crazy, Stupid Love”. The first one is sort of a chick-flick, the second one is a wonderful social critic and the third one is a romantic comedy. You see how versatile? There’s a movie for every single one of us!

What is she wearing?

Emma Stone is wearing a fabulous fluorescent pink dress with a high cut right under her ribs, which makes her look taller, slimmer and with a smaller waist.

The color brightens her face and matches the lipstick perfectly, which is a perfect “A”.

The chemise-like sleeves and collar are one of my favorites tendencies because they tend to make your neck look longer and your arms longer and leaner.

The transparencies are a “YES!” because they’re showing just the right amount of skin; so you won’t look too covered or too uncovered.

The fall of the skirt is incredible because it accentuates the shape of the body ant stylizes it perfectly.

How to copy?

So maybe you can’t buy a waist cut dress, but you what you can do is this: Wear a chemise (one your exact size, oversized ones won’t work for this purpose) and tuck it into a somewhat long skirt with a straight cut with a silhouette similar to the lower part of Emma’s dress.

Oh! Just one last thing. If you're thinking of using a somewhat fluorescent colour,  wear it with black or white, please don't match it with another as strong!!!

Shoes? Ladylike. Preferably not pumps or boots. Pointy high heels would match it and complete the outfit.

Like it? I do. Totally.

So, my crazy diamonds, remember to dream on and shine all over! See you Thursday? I certainly hope so!
